3. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 6. COVID-19 Policy

7. Reservations

We recommend scheduling treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time is available. You can book online or over the phone. To schedule your first appointment, a valid credit card reservation is necessary. We accept accept all major credit cards, apple pay, android pay and cash. We do not accept checks. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a full charge for the service.

8. Cancelation Policy

We ask that all cancellations are made at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged for the full price of your services. Appointments that are made on the same day cannot be canceled or changed.

9. Check In

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out our short confidential intake form.

10. Late Arrivals

Please note that arriving late will determine the length of your treatment. If you arrive later than the time of your scheduled appointment, your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest. Thank you for understanding.

11. Minor Policy

We require that minors under the age of 16 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Both the guardian's and minor's signatures and consent are required before the massage begins. Parental presence is necessary for the duration of the massage. We do not provide services for minors under 14.

12. Gratitude

Gratuity is customary and is preferred in cash.

13. Gift Certificates

Our gift cards are prepaid and are available in-store for purchase, or may be purchased online through MindBody. Please note that any gift cards purchased in-store cannot be redeemed on the same day of purchase.

14. Friend & Family Referral Discount

We greatly appreciate it when our clients tell their friends and family about Eastside Massage. When a friend or a loved one comes in and uses your name, you will receive $5.00 off your next massage!

15. Peace & Quiet Policy

To preserve the relaxing environment, we ask that cell phones be put on silent while inside our center. If you must take a phone call, you may do so outside of the building. Voices must be kept low in the treatment rooms and the waiting area. Thank you for your consideration.

16. Lost Property

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or left-behind property.
